Visit of Most Revered Swmai Purnatmanandaji Maharaj & Sri Sri Thakur Utshav-2026
Its our pleasure & privilege to inform you about the holy visit of Most Revered Srimat Swami Purnatmanandaji Maharaj, Adhyakshya Ramakrishna Math, Dhaka, from 31.01.2026 to 06.02.2026, and again on 08.02.2026 while enroute from Hatiardanga , Khulna to Dhaka.
31.01.2026:
Most Revered Maharaj arrived at the Ashrama at around 1.30 p.m. He was greeted by a warm and cordial reception by the monks and devotees.
01.02.2026:
Most Revered Maharaj laid the foundation stone of Centenary Memorial Building on the Holy Tithi Puja day of Swami Adbhutanandaji Maharaj. Afterwards he graciously gave darshan and delivered a benedictory speech to the devotees and wellwishers. Following the discourse, devotees offered their respectful pranams to Most Revered Maharaj.
02.02.2026:
In the morning, Most Revered Maharaj bestowed Mantra Diksha (Spiritual Initiation) upon 65 devotees. After the evening Arathi at 7.00 p.m. The Revered Maharaj bestowed his darshan upon the devotees and accepted their pranams.
03.02.2026:
Most Revered Maharaj was in the Ashrama campus and met with devotees after the aratrik bhajan.
04.02.2026:
In the morning, Most Revered Maharaj bestowed Mantra Diksha (Spiritual Initiation) upon 75 devotees. After the evening Arathi at 7.00 p.m. Revered Maharaj bestowed his darshan upon the devotees and accepted their pranams. On the same day the Annual festival was commenced followed by various cultural functions.
05.02.2026:
Youth convention was organised in the morning and Most Revered Maharaj gave a highly inspiring benedictory address to youth. Around 150 young students from different colleges of the city were present. Among them, a few muslims students were also there. All of them got Swamiji's book (Sabar Swamji), notebook, and pen. After concluding the session they were offered lunch.
In the evening the most revered Maharaj attended a discourse on Life and Teachings of Sarada Devi . Most Revered Maharaj also gave a nice talk on Holy Mother.
06.02.2026:
In the morning, Most Revered Maharaj bestowed Mantra Diksha (Spiritual Initiation) upon 92 devotees. In the afternoon Revered Maharaj left for Hatirdanga, Koira, Khulna for Initiation purposes.
08.02.2026:
Revered Maharaj came back to Bagerhat Ashrama in the evening and the next morning He heft for Dhaka Math.
The holy visit of Most Revered Maharaj immensely enriched the spiritual atmosphere of the Ashrama. Devotees were deeply inspired and experienced profound joy and upliftment in His sacred presence.
